Kings’ Forest Housing is the newly established Housing Association to own and manage the homes transferred from Forest Heath District Council on 11th October 2004. We are committed to providing quality and affordable homes for rent, both general needs and sheltered housing, for our tenants within the Forest Heath area.
We are improving our homes and services. We have a planned £15.6 million, five year repairs and improvement programme to our stock. We will carry out improvements to our sheltered housing schemes, make investments to improve security and crime prevention and provide long term rent stability for our tenants. We will offer direct involvement for tenants in the management of their homes and protect the key rights of our tenants who have transferred from Forest Heath District Council. We also aim to build more homes for future generations and to improve our communities and neighbourhoods.
Kings’ Forest Housing is operating the Housing Register on an Agency basis for Forest Heath District Council. |
