Description


The Jephson Group comprises of three Associations, all of whom are non-profit making industrial and provident societies registered with the Housing Corporation. Jephson Housing, an exempt charity, owned and managed 2,785 homes at the year-end. It has developed a small programme of rented houses over the last few years. It was established in 1969 and is a subsidiary of Jephson Homes Housing Association.
