James Butcher Housing Association selected Southern Housing Group as its preferred partner in July 2005 following the decision to join an existing successful group structure. The two groups are aiming to formally combine in April 2006.
James Butcher Housing Association manages over 4,200 properties within nine southern counties; Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Dorset, Gloucestershire, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, Sussex and Wiltshire. They employ over 280 full and part-time staff throughout its offices and schemes. The Head Office is based in Theale, Reading and there are also five regional offices in Polegate, Portsmouth, Marlborough, Chobham and Theale, which are responsible for managing local properties. |
