The launch of Isos Housing Group in October 05 was the first stage of a growth strategy to create a regional housing association of the necessary capacity and quality to compete with the larger multi-regional and national registered social landlords (RSLs).
And since its formation a great deal has been achieved. Founding partner Enterprise 5 merged with Nomad Homes to form NomadE5 and we have been recently joined by Castle Morpeth Housing (a newly created housing association following the stock transfer from Castle Morpeth District Council) both of which have greatly contributed towards our growth strategy. Along with joint founding member, Tynedale-based Milecastle Housing, we have a portfolio of knowledge, skills, expertise and resources we can justifiably be proud of. |
