Over the last 25 years, Irwell Valley has grown from two houses to over 6,000 good quality homes for more than 10,000 people in the North West.
Irwell Valley is run as a very democratic organisation. Every resident can become a shareholder with a vote to determine the composition of our Board.
We work with a range of statutory and voluntary agencies to respond to the needs of our tenants. In our role as landlord we believe we must support individuals and help them maintain their tenancy wherever possible, realise their potential and exercise choice.
Irwell Valley has a national reputation for innovation and excellence. Our rents are amongst the lowest in the North West. We also provide homes and services to some of the most satisfied consumers, because in a recent survey 80% of tenants rated the service as ‘excellent’.
