Inclusion Housing is a Community Interest Company (CIC – Social Enterprise) regulated by the Government CIC Regulator, we are also a Registered Provider of Social Housing regulated by the Tenant Services Authority.
We are a not for profit, voluntary organisation and also a member of the National Housing Federation.
We manage a range of properties which are owned, leased or managed under a contract. Inclusion Housing can also provide specialist consultancy services on procuring and managing supported living schemes. We hope in the future to provide shared ownership for people with learning disabilities and manage properties to rent for vulnerable people, including:
* People with Learning Disabilities
* Mental ill-Health
* Physical Disabilities
* Acquired Brain Injury
