We are an independent, locally based, charitable Housing Association working solely in the city of Hull.
Hull Churches have worked in partnership with the City Council, NBHA and other Associations to provide good quality rented housing in the city. Our first scheme, St Barnabas Court, Hessle Road, was completed in 1986 and our most recent, St Ambrose Court, Bransholme in 2005. Altogether we have 353 homes in Hull, for older people, single people, families and those with special needs to whom we can offer appropriate support.
We can offer a responsive and supportive Housing Management Service. We are based in Hull and know all our tenants individually. We can respond quickly to feedback from our tenants and we have an excellent Housing Management record.
On a day to day basis the Association is run by paid staff. Their work is closely monitored by a voluntary, unpaid Board of Management who also take the key decisions.
The work of the staff and the Board is closely monitored by the Housing Corporation.
If you would like to apply for housing with HCHA, you can contact us by telephone, fax or email or call into the office at 31 Beverley Road. Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. |
