We focus our activity in three areas:
Development – we currently have some 700 units of new high quality accommodation in the pipeline, as part of the Spectrum development consortium’s £175m programme. On completion, these properties will be managed through South Staffordshire Housing Association.
Delivering quality housing and services – Our Property Care business provides maintenance and improvements for a number of partners. It works for local authorities, housing associations and a tenant management organisation (TMO).
Providing support to partner associations through award-winning IT, finance and human resources services. Over the last 10 years we have consolidated a deep understanding of the changing demographics and nature of the communities in which we live and work. We want to work in partnership with organisations who share our values, commitment and passion for giving residents what they want.
We have created a housing group that celebrates the diversity of its members as well as providing the strength and support of a group structure. |
