The Group manage over 45,000 homes and are currently developing another 1750 properties.

* Home Housing Association;
* Warden Housing Association;
* Stonham Housing Association;
* Home in Scotland.
The Group also have the following companies:
* Paramount Homes - providing properties for rent at competitive market rates.
* Urban Housing Trust - a joint venture company with Bellway Homes which aims to provide a mix of owned and rented homes on newly developed sites, for example, on land in towns and cities previously used for other purposes.
