 General Information / Background
Herefordshire Housing is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord, which provides affordable homes throughout Herefordshire.

Herefordshire Housing took over the running of the Herefordshire Council’s housing stock on 26th November 2002 after a Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT). It has since adopted Charitable Status. Currently, we have approximately 5,300 properties. We also provide sheltered housing accommodation which approximately have 800 units.

We allocate our properties through a choice-based lettings agency called Herefordshire Home Point. Every week, Home Point advertises all properties that are available from all the major social housing providers in Herefordshire.
