Heantun Care was established in 1991 to manage three Nursing Homes on behalf of Wolverhampton PCT providing care for patients eligible under the continuing care criteria.
Since then Heantun Care has extended its services to the following areas:
* Care & Repair
* Children’s Centre
* Day Care Nurseries
* Nursing Homes
* Priority Care Project
* Respite Service for Carers of Adults with Sensory/Physical Disabilities
* Care & Support for Older People
* Care & Support for people with Mental Health needs |
