New affordable homes in Suffolk (13/12/2007)
 General Information / Background
The Havebury Housing Partnership is a young organisation dedicated to the provision of good quality affordable homes and housing services in West Suffolk. We are a Registered Social Landlord which means we can receive grants from both Local and Central Government to help build more new homes for rent.

But we are also a Registered Charity. This means that whilst our homes and housing services come first we can get involved in other activities which help communities thrive. Education, Employment and Community initiatives are all things which Havebury can do and it has a Community Investment Fund to help this side of its work.

When Havebury was created in 2002 it had almost 6,000 tenants who were formerly with St Edmundsbury Borough Council.
