Havant Housing Association Ltd was set up by local people in 1987 and is registered with the Friendly Society, Financial Services Authority, National Housing Federation and the Tenant Service Authority.
Up until 1997 it was part of the Portsmouth Housing Association Group structure when the Board decided to de-merge, with the move being completed early in 1998. This created Havant Housing Association’s special identity as a specialist supported housing provider.
Havant Housing Association currently houses over 100 tenants in a variety of supported accommodation exclusively within the Borough of Havant. They provide high quality supported housing for people with mental health problems, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and drug & alcohol dependency issues. |
