Hamelin Trust is a leading Essex based charity for supporting people with learning disabilities and their families. We do this by providing short break services, a resource centre, supported accommodation, and outreach services within the community and individual’s homes.
They also provide training and employment opportunities through a number of independent and joint ventures. |
