 General Information / Background
Hallmark Community Housing Association is a specialist housing association established to meet the needs of Black and Minority Ethnic Communities. We were established in 1989 through the merger of three community organisations and in 2000 we joined The Walbrook Group as a separately registered social landlord.

As well as providing rented accommodation to single people and families, we run a number of special projects. Our largest project is the Hadhari Nari Women’s Project which provides support and accommodation to women and children experiencing domestic violence. The project includes two refuges and an advice centre which offers a variety of different services. Our other special projects include a sheltered housing scheme for older people and a supported housing project for people experiencing mental health difficulties.
