Officially launched on 1 September 2010, Guinness South is the result of an amalgamation between Guinness Midsummer, Guinness Midsummer Homes and Clapton Community Housing Trust. In managing Guinness Trust and Wycombe Friendship Housing Association homes, the Guinness South area of operation spans London, South East England, the East of England and the South Midlands.
Guinness South, a member of The Guinness Partnership, provides good quality, affordable homes for both rent and shared ownership. |
