On April 1 2004, Downland Property Management and Downland Retirement Management merged to become Grange.
With over 20 years experience Grange "an Industrial Provident Society" is one of the largest managers of leasehold retirement properties in the country and has a growing portfolio of non-retirement properties. We are responsible for the management of 4,000 properties on our 130 developments throught the South.
We provide residents with a full management service allowing for independence with support as required. Many of our developments have communal lounges, laundries and guestrooms. All developments have either a full or part-time scheme manager.
Grange also looks after non-retirement apartments and the communal areas of freehold estates. We offer a wide range of services and our management fees are among the most competitve available.
Grange is a member of The Association of Retirement Housing Managers and a voluntary member of the Independent Housing Ombudsman Service. |
