Grand Union Housing Group (GUHG) is a strong regional housing group that owns and manages around 10,000 homes across Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire and the surrounding counties, where it is well placed to deliver high-quality homes and services.
GUHG is ideally placed to create and sustain neighbourhoods where people choose to live across the Milton Keynes and South Midlands growth area.
GUHG was formed on 17 March 2008, when the transfer of 2,900 homes from South Northamptonshire Council to South Northants Homes completed. The Group comprises three subsidiaries: Aragon Housing Association, MacIntyre Housing Association and the newly formed South Northants Homes.
Core services such as repairs, major improvements and housing management will be provided by the subsidiaries to their tenants, with support services, including finance and IT, provided by GUHG to each of the subsidiaries. |
