Gloucester City Homes is an arms length management organisation providing housing management services to around 5000 tenants and leaseholders on behalf of Gloucester City Council.
Gloucester City Homes took over the management of the council's housing stock on 12th December 2005. An arms length management organisation is a not for profit company set up by a council to manage, maintain and improve it’s housing stock.
Gloucester City Homes is managed by a Board of Directors consisting of six tenants, six councillors and six independent members. Our Executive Management Team leads and contributes to the corporate decision making framework, policy formation and the achievement of Gloucester City Homes objectives.
