This company is committed to giving excellent service every time. The majority of work that we undertake is aimed at improving our service and the satisfaction you feel with the organisation.
So far we have:
* Modernised all of our offices;
* Brought in a new phone system;
* Modernised 2759 homes and completed additional improvements to 4701 homes;
* Developed 19 new homes;
* Improved our repairs service.
This year we aim to:
* Modernise another 660 homes;
* Continue to develop new homes;
* Carry out an annual survey with all of our customers - meaning that we get to know our customers better and tailor our services to meet their needs;
* Carry out a number of environmental improvement schemes across the company area. |
