Futures Housing Group is a new forward-thinking social business providing homes and neighbourhood services across the Midlands.
This regional organisation comprises four companies including Amber Valley Housing and Daventry & District Housing. Currently, the group manages 8600 homes in Derbyshire and Northamptonshire. The group was formed to provide residents with high quality, safe and secure homes and local neighbourhood services. Economies of scale, sharing best practice and combining our skills and experience across the group all come together to create a brighter future for our residents.
Our strengths lie in our track record of delivering on our promises, using innovation and flair to develop new homes through effective use of our financial strength, our ability to access a range of funding streams and in our commitment to help create vibrant communities and effective neighbourhoods.
