Futures Homescape provides more than 5,500 homes across Derbyshire.
The organisation is much more than a landlord and has developed expertise in money and welfare advice, community regeneration and in providing services and technology that enable people to stay in their homes for longer. Futures Homescape’s supported housing and support services are the highest rated in Derbyshire.
Futures Homescape has developed, an innovative Health Trainer Programme in partnership with the NHS to improve the wellbeing of older people in sheltered and general needs housing.
Its award-winning homelessness advice service, delivered on behalf of Amber Valley Borough Council, tackles the causes of homelessness with a focus on prevention. |
