Fosseway Living became a member of the Bromford Group in 2005. Now the lead housing association in the group’s South West operating area, it is at the forefront of housing management and development in the region. Set up in 1997, following the transfer of housing stock from Cotswold District Council this is a Registered Social Landlord dedicated to providing affordable housing.
Fosseway Living also offer free and impartial housing and homelessness advice, along with a choice-based lettings service, delivered on behalf of Cotswold District Council, called HomeView.
Through the long-standing relationships with local partners such as Social Services, the Police, Environmental Health, local councils and support groups like Shelter and Victim Support, are helping people to improve their lives and building stronger neighbourhoods.
Since joining Bromford, Fosseway built the strength as a local service provider that meets local needs by tapping into the group’s broader range of services. It is now able to devise and deliver cost-effective development programmes and sector-leading management and maintenance services. The association is tailoring their service to individual customers and have introduced more stakeholder involvement and neighbourhood investment. |
