Forge Fields Housing Co-operative is situated at Forge Close in the small rural village of Five Oak Green near Tonbridge in Kent. Completed in two phases, it was built in 1996/97 on the old forge site at Whetsted Road and has 16 properties comprising 10 two bed houses and 6 three bed houses. Presently the co-operative remains under the management and ownership of CDS Co-operatives.
Forge Fields Housing Co-operative issues assured shorthold tenancies and has a 100% nominations agreement with Tunbridge Wells Borough Council. |
