First Atlantic Housing provides high quality housing and care services in Southern England. We aim to deliver our services in a way which benefits tenants, users and the communities in which we work.
First Atlantic Housing Ltd. is part of the First Wessex Housing Group which joins together housing associations based in Eastleigh and Aldershot. Our main business is the management and maintenance of homes for rent and purchase and the provision of high quality housing services. Although the majority of our properties are in Eastleigh we increasingly work further afield within about a 20 mile radius of our headquarters and we now have homes in New Forest, Test Valley, Eastleigh, Southampton, Fareham, Havant, Gosport and Portsmouth.
The majority of our homes are let on long term "assured tenancies" to tenants who have come to us via arrangements with Local Councils, in some cases through Choice-Based Lettings Systems and in others through direct nomination rights to properties that we have built. |
