Estuary is a housing association and registered social landlord. We are an Industrial and Provident Society with exempt charity status.
We have nearly 3000 properties throughout Essex and in some outlying boroughs of London bordering Essex, and Suffolk. We are always looking at ways to increase the number of homes we can offer.
We provide a range of housing for people throughout Essex and some of the London Boroughs including:
* Most of our properties are houses and flats let at affordable rent for people in housing need: either from their local authority waiting list or our own waiting list, which runs on a points system.
* A small number of homes rented at market or sub-market rents, which anyone can apply for.
* Affordable home ownership schemes: we offer a small number of homes on a shared ownership basis, and can offer a HomeBuy grant of 25% to successful applicants.
* We offer supported living schemes for vulnerable adults.
* We have sheltered housing for older people.
* We manage privately-owned retirement apartments.
* We have registered care homes. |
