Erimus is the largest RSL, and the largest provider of social housing within Middlesbrough.
ERIMUS Housing began business in Middlesbrough on November 15th 2004. The organisation, a not-for-profit housing association, was born after thousands of tenants voted for Middlesbrough Council’s housing stock to be transferred to the new organisation.
We now own almost 11,500 homes across the town, employees around 530 and our organisation is becoming a key player in breathing new life into the town.
We’re not just about providing quality homes. We want our housing services to be first class yet affordable, creating sustainable neighbourhoods where people want to live. |
