We are a Registered Social Landlord, regulated by the Tenant Services Authority, and an established, trusted and innovative not-for-profit organisation. We provide a wide range of quality, affordable homes for those in need of housing and those on low or moderate incomes. We provide over 4,500 homes for all sectors of the community; single people, couples, families and retired people, whether you want a sheltered or an independent retirement housing scheme. We provide homes in Greater Manchester and Stockport, Cheshire, Derbyshire, Yorkshire, and Shropshire.
Two thirds of our homes are for rent and the rest are for shared ownership, an area in which we have almost 30 years experience. We are committed to providing you with choice and quality, allowing you to live in desirable yet affordable housing. We build communities as well as homes, making them safe and enjoyable places to live and at all times we aim to provide excellent customer service. |
