Endeavour is a subsidiary of the parent North Star Housing Group.
Established in 1974 as a charitable housing association, it began life buying and refurbishing older terraced housing in the inner areas of Teesside and is known as a “traditional” housing association.
Over the years, the Association has spread itself geographically, now operating in 10 Local Authorities, and provides a wide range of accommodation.
Known for flexibility, partnership working, community focus and adaptability, it owns or manages over 2,000 homes, of which around 470 are supported housing units. Endeavour has had a relatively large development programme over recent years and has an ambitious growth strategy. |
