 General Information / Background
Endeavour Housing Association is a not-for-profit organisation that owns or manages nearly 1600 homes in Teesside, North Yorkshire and County Durham.

We are inspected and regulated by the Housing Corporation. We operate as a charity. We are governed by a Board of fourteen volunteer members who receive no payment for their services. Three of the places on the Board are reserved for people who live in our properties.

Our Headquarters are in Stockton on Tees. We have property in the council areas covered by Derwentside, Easington, Hambleton, Hartlepool, Middlesbrough, Redcar & Cleveland, Stockton, and Teesdale.
