Enable Housing Association (EHA) was set up in 1991 with a £500 grant. For over twenty years now, they have worked with local authorities, social housing associations and private sector landlords to provide homes with the support and property management services to people with a range of learning difficulties. The great majority of accommodation is owned and/or managed by EHA.
In 2011, they gained the national Investors in People Silver Award – recognition achieved by under 1% of housing and social care organisations. |
