Based in York with satellite offices in London and Edinburgh, Emblem Homes actively contributes to the Places for People's strategic objectives. This is a private limited company which enables Places for People to operate commercially within the wider housing market. The Group can therefore offer the widest range of housing and regeneration solutions, while income generated by the activities is recycled to fund social housing developments.
Establishing strong relationships with Emblem homeowners as well as a wide range of other community stakeholders is important to Emblem. With this in mind, the company strives to listen to the needs of these different groups as it endeavours to continually improve its developments.
