Description


Elgar manages more than 5,000 former council homes in Malvern, Ledbury, Bromyard and surrounding rural areas. Since Elgar took over the properties it has: - invested nearly £22 million on modernising and improving our homes - built 286 new homes and purchased 91 others, all offered with affordable rents - employed a dedicated tenant participation officer to involve residents in its work - established itself as a responsible and efficient provider of quality housing services.
