de Montfort Housing Society owns and manages around 4,000 homes in the East Midlands, which our customers rent from us. These are mainly in Leicester, Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire and Northamptonshire.
We provide homes for people in housing need, who may be on low incomes, or living in poor quality or unsafe housing.
We are part of Waterloo Housing Group , which manages around 17,000 homes across the East and West Midlands regions. Our aim is to provide and improve affordable homes for people who need housing. We reinvest any surplus we make into affordable housing; by building new homes, maintaining existing ones and helping to improve local communities. |
