Dales Housing is Registered Social Landlord that provides and manages affordable homes for people in housing need. We have responsibility for the provision of over 3100 homes spread throughout the Derbyshire Dales.
Our Headquarters is based in Matlock and we maintain a local housing management service, provided from Area Offices in Ashbourne, Bakewell and Matlock. Our own staff in Dales Maintenance Services undertake the majority of responsive repairs, which are an integral part of Dales Housing.
We aim to meet the needs of our customers by providing good quality, affordable homes with an efficient and effective maintenance service and a professional, customer oriented management service. |
