Croydon Churches Housing Association, operating since 1967 has its roots and culture firmly based among the residents of South London. With nearly 1,400 properties within only three London boroughs, CCHA maintains a close working relationship with residents and is a local employer that has "one star" best company status. The Association has approximately 1400 properties managed by 43 staff. The Departments based at Norfolk House cover housing management, rent arrears recovery, maintenance, development, finance, recruitment and our supported and sheltered housing services. They actively encourage training and development opportunities for their staff.
