Cosmopolitan Housing Group Limited was established as part of the formation of the Cosmopolitan Group structure in April 2003. It is the Parent organisation within the Group, responsible for bringing a diverse range of organisation together under a common banner, focussed on delivering high quality housing related products.
The Parent organisation has enabled the organisation to maintain a common and well respected identity, whilst benefiting from shared overheads and executive knowledge and expertise.
There are currently three Subsidiary organisations within the Group.
* Cosmopolitan Housing Association
* Cosmopolitan Student Homes
* Cosmopolitan Enterprises |
