Cosmopolitan Housing Association is a medium sized RSL which manages some 4000 homes. The Association is currently undergoing a period of planned and significant growth. This growth is driven by the Association's commitment to assisting the Local Authorities, with whom it works closely, to deliver a wide range of regeneration initiatives.
In the early years the organisation concentrated on the development and management of accommodation for students and young people, but the securing of a stock transfer in Halton enabled it to reposition itself as a general needs housing provider across an increasing geographical base. |
