Cornerstone has a long established history in the City as Exeter’s first housing association and they remain the largest in Exeter.
Being a local housing association, they are able to provide an excellent housing service. They have a Tenants’ Panel and Tenant Board member to represent the views of the tenants and form part of the consultation on projects and key decisions.
Cornerstone has always enjoyed a good working relationship with Exeter City Council’s Planning, Building Control and Housing Departments. They also work in partnership with a number of other housing associations and housing organisations. |
