Contour Property Services (CPS) is a non-charitable Housing Association which undertakes Leasehold Management Services for 5,400 Leasehold Homes provided by private developers. CPS is a significant Leasehold Management Business. It operates across the North West focusing principally within the Greater Manchester conurbation but also delivers services in Merseyside, Cheshire and Lancashire.
The role of CPS within the Group is to generate profit by delivering services and products that also have an intrinsic value to the overall work of the Group, complement its activities and enhance the Group’s offer. Any services or products offered by CPS must be based upon a good business case and they must generate a commercial return proportionate to the risks.
CPS also provides a vehicle for other non-charitable housing activities and services within Symphony Housing Group.
CPS is the appointed Managing Agent for five Flat Management Companies. |
