The Community Housing Group is based in the Wyre Forest District of Worcestershire. We manage and develop quality affordable homes within the three towns of Kidderminster, Bewdley & Stourport. We are the largest Registered Social Landlord within the district and have a growing portfolio of approximately 5,500 homes. This includes family homes, single person apartments and specialist accommodation for vulnerable and elderly people.
We are committed to working in partnership, not only with our tenants and leaseholders to ensure that they receive a first class service, but also with the business community, schools, health authority, voluntary and statutory agencies to ensure the economic and social well being of the communities we support. Our Tenant Participation Framework ensures that all tenants, residents and leaseholders have a variety of ways (and levels of participation) in which they can influence decisions made about their homes and the areas in which they live. |
