We are a company set up by Colchester Borough Council to manage its housing. We are 100% owned by Colchester Borough Council but manged by a board comprising members drawn from tenants, leaseholders, council nominees and independents.
Our vision is to be the best housing management organisation in the East of England. This is a challenging vision that can only be achieved in partnership with others.
