Coastline was established in 1998 and is a successful and growing independent housing association based in West Cornwall; one of the most attractive areas of the country with outstanding natural beauty and unique environmental, maritime and industrial heritage. As a not-for-profit ethical business, we have three core objectives:
* building new affordable homes
* offering our customers a first class service
* maintaining the properties we own to high standards
We own over 3,500 homes with a diverse mix of tenures including: affordable rent, shared ownership, key worker housing, supported housing and a variety of properties for sale. We will be adding more than 500 new homes to our portfolio by 2011. |
