Coast & Country Housing is the largest Social Housing provider in the Tees Valley area, which is located off the north-east coast of England. The Company is a 'not for profit' local Housing Company limited by guarantee.
The company operates within the Borough of Redcar & Cleveland where we own and manage over 11,500 dwellings in addition to other premises such as shops, offices and depots and is governed by a Board of Management, comprising of 15 members. The current Chairman of the Board is Frank Connorton, who is an Independent Board Member. The Company is committed to achieving the promises made to tenants at the time of the ballot, and monitors achievements against them. |
