Description


Established in 2001, Coast & Country took over the ownership and management of homes from Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council as part of a large-scale stock transfer in July 2002. As the largest RSL in Redcar and Cleveland, we own and manage a total of 10,057 homes, as at 31 March 2011, including 29 shared-ownership properties. The company is a 'not for profit' local housing company limited by guarantee. We are a registered social landlord (RSL) and are regulated by the Tenant Services Authority.
