Description
At City West a house is about more than bricks and mortar - we believe a home should be part of a community where you feel welcomed, supported and valued. When you come to work with us we want you to feel the same way. We want to see our core values demonstrated throughout the company.

* To treat people with honesty and integrity.
* To actively listen to customers and consult customers on policy and service issues.
* To be committed and positive about delivering improvements to homes, estates and excellent standards of service.
* To make west Salford the best place to live both inside and outside our homes.
* A commitment to investing in and improving your local community and neighbourhoods.
* To have happy motivated staff.

City West owns and manages homes in Worsley, Walkden, Little Hulton, Swinton, Clifton, Pendlebury, Eccles, Barton, Winton, Irlam and Cadishead.

City West has a board of 12 members drawn from tenants, independents and council nominees. The Board will be responsible for delivering the promises to tenants made by the Council in the formal offer document. The document has been produced in consultation with tenants in west Salford and sets out a range of improvements to homes, estates and services. City West will have over £200 million to spend in the first five years after transfer.

These improvements are only the start. City West is committed to making its homes, estates and neighbourhoods places where people choose to live, want to stay and where they can enjoy a good quality of life. Tenants have put their trust in us to deliver this vision when they voted yes to transfer.
