Chislehurst and Sidcup Housing Association (CSHA) works with communities in south east London providing specialist accommodation with support for older and disabled people, as well as offering management services to partner associations in the general needs rented housing and supported housing sectors.
Our focus is on high quality services and the association was recently assessed and rated in the top 1% countrywide for our Bromley-based Supporting People services, achieving five As and one B. Much of our success is built on working effectively with our partners, including local authorities, especially in Bromley and Bexley, with other housing associations and with the private sector.
CSHA is a Registered Social Landlord and an Industrial Provident Society, with charitable status. |
