Chiltern Hundreds Charitable Housing Association was formed in 1988 as a result of the first large scale voluntary transfer in the UK. CHCHA own and manage 8,500 properties throughout the south and east midlands. Whilst its core activities remain in the Buckinghamshire area, CHHA operate in 37 local authority areas.
We provide a variety of affordable homes for families and individuals which include both rented, sheltered retirement schemes and shared ownership homes. CHCHA is taking the lead in finding solutions to housing need in high cost housing areas through key worker and starter homes initiatives.
CHCHA have a strong commitment to modernise service delivery and increase customer involvement. Our recent customer satisfaction survey show very high levels of satisfaction reported by customers with overall satisfaction levels up by 12% on three years ago.
