Paradigm Homes (formerly Chiltern Hundreds) Charitable Housing Association Ltd was the first large-scale stock transfer to take place in the country.
Chiltern Hundreds Charitable Housing Association was formed in 1988 as a result of the first large scale voluntary transfer in the UK. CHCHA own and manage 8,500 properties throughout the south and east midlands. Whilst its core activities remain in the Buckinghamshire area, CHHA operate in 37 local authority areas. |
