Chichester Greyfriars Housing Association Ltd. is a non-profit making, charitable organisation. It owns and manages eighty three purpose built, self contained flats for older people in Chichester, West Sussex, which are let at affordable rents.
CGHA is a Registered Social Landlord, regulated by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA). The Tenant Services Authority is the government regulator for affordable housing.
CGHA house older people aged 60 and over, in housing need, who wish to live independently in their own homes. It has 71 one and two bedroom flats at Royal Close, Chichester and 12 flats at Arthur Ingram Court, St Pancras, Chichester.
All flats are: self-contained, have the benefit of a community alarm, stairlift to the first floor, maintained communal gardens, but NO scheme manager.
