Peaks & Plains Housing Trust started its life on 17 July 2006, with the transfer of 5,000 homes from Macclesfield Borough Council.
We provide a range of high quality housing for people in housing need – from one bedroom studio apartments to four bedroom family homes. We aim to provide homes and services to help local people build strong and united neighbourhoods. We are a local Trust that cares about improving local environments and providing what our customers want.
We are in the process of carrying out a major improvement programme of our properties, which will see £43 million invested in homes over the next four years. This will include new bathrooms and kitchens, as well as heating and electrical upgrades.
We can also provide customers with a range of support services to help them in their homes, such as our community support service for older people. |
