Cheltenham Borough Homes is a not-for-profit arms length management company that manages and maintains Cheltenham Borough Council’s homes. The Council retains the ownership and rent setting of all its homes. The Company works in partnership with the Council to improve the quality of life for tenants and leaseholders.In the period to March 2010 major improvement works will be undertaken to over 3,500 council homes. In order to do this, Cheltenham Borough Homes has obtained an allocation of £31 million in funding from the government which, together with available local resources, will give a total investment in council homes of £63 million by March 2010.
