Castle Vale Community Housing Association (CVCHA) is a community based housing association operating for, and from within, Castle Vale. CVCHA is run by a Board comprising of 14 members - the majority of whom are residents. CVCHA currently employs 80 staff, several of whom are local residents, and manages just under 2,500 properties. CVCHA believes its continued strength depends on the ongoing engagement and support from the residents of Castle Vale. CVCHA would like to provide an opportunity for every resident of Castle Vale to become involved in some way.
